In 1967, after notable improvements, the building, with 18 rooms and 40 beds, begins the modern era that sees the new family group devote themselves with passion to the hotel business.

Mr. Marco is helped in this by his wife, Lidia Frainer from Cortaccia, called Maria, who knows perfectly the German language, graduated in home economics in Borgo Valsugana, and has considerable experience in the hotel sector having worked in various high-class hotels.

 

Thanks to the commitment and dedication of the two spouses, the clientele is consolidated and, in 1972, they carry out a radical renovation of the building, replacing the old stoves with the modern heating and plumbing system, modifying common rooms and lounges, thus being able to start the season winter.
